Total Sulphur Dioxide: 74 mg/lt.
Free Sulphur Dioxide: 29 mg/lt.
Vinification: Classic red wine vinification, stemmer crusher pneumatic presses, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing 30% in new French oak and 70% in used oak barrels. An additional 6 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic Analysis: Deep red color, complexity on the nose of white pepper, vanilla, well matured red fruits, tobacco and spice. Full body pleasant structure of tannins and balanced wood, long finish.
