Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay
Category: Vin de Pays de Peloponnese
Alcohol by Volume: 12,7% Vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0,25 gr./lt. (as acetic acid)
Total Acidity: 5,3 gr./lt. (as tartaric acid)
PH: 3.4
Reducing Sugar: <1,5 gr./lt.
Total Sulphur Dioxide: 100 mg/lt.
Free Sulphur Dioxide: 26 mg/lt.
Vinification: steamer crusher, low pneumatic presses, then 30% fermented in French new oak, followed by elevation (sur lies), 70 stainless steel fermentation.
Organoleptic Analysis: Yellow light color, very complex on the nose with aromas like pine apple, butter citrus soft and plenty at the mouth with a very long finish.
Very good for ageing 3-4 more years.
