Total Acidity: 5,9 gr./lt. (as tartaric acid)

Reducing Sugar: <2 gr./lt.
Total Sulphur Dioxide: 54 mg/lt.
Free Sulphur Dioxide: 23 mg/lt.
Vinification: Classic red wine vinification, stemmer crusher pneumatic presses, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing 30% in new French oak and 70% in used oak barrels. An additional 6 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic Analysis: Deep red color, complexity on the nose of spices pepper, vanilla and well-matured red fruits. Full body on the mouth with pleasant and balanced tannins, long after tasting.
